I had an inspection of my attic by Progress Energy a few weeks ago to give me their impression about the condition of my insulation, and particularly about the areas I’ve had work done up there. The rep took pictures to show me. The insulation’s in acceptable condition; not great but good by today’s standards. So why would you be interested? Many of the pix she took were of the AC ducts and the new installation. She was impressed by the excellent quality of the seals and the overall condition of the ducts. Thank you for doing a good job. The unit’s running fine.

I moved into my home, but my a/c unit was just about dead and was running very inefficiently. I called Facility Pro Tech for an estimate on a newer, energy-efficient model. The technician was very kind and performed a very thorough inspection of my system. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was fully informed. Never once did I feel like I was being had by a salesman or pressured to upsell. The unit was installed very carefully by friendly technicians. It worked great and I could notice a difference immediately! The new unit is quieter, more efficient, and has already started saving money! Dear Brian,
Gene and I want to thank you for the great service you gave to us when we were shopping for a new heating and air conditioner. After explaining and given us three choices we decided on the 3 ton Carrier. Also showing us how we will save on our energy bill. When the unit came to be installed, there were three to four gentlemen who worked on it and finished the whole job in less than 8 hours. The men were so nice, cleaned up and everything turned out wonderful. Then the next day you came back and checked with us that everything was to our liking. We can really feel the difference in how fast this unit cools our home. I feel we made a very good choice by having Facility Pro Tech do the job.
